To advise and assist the Deputy Commandant for Aviation on matters pertaining to Exchange Tours (PEP/ISE), Field Flight Performance Boards, Flight Status Selection Boards, Voluntary Termination of Flight Status, Flight Violations, Waivers (DIFEN, Low Flight Time, medical age, etc.) Reserve integration, Command Insignia changes and MAROS Coordinator.  Ensuring the strict compliance to policies and oversight in support of the Warfighter.
